I think they commission one of these for every major area to take around to large urban cities. I've seen this exact car here in Calgary. I can't imagine they take the same car all over N. America. It would take too long to get the exposure.

We have a somewhat similar car in our neck of the woods. The only difference is it has big mouse ears and a tail, and its an old style Beetle advertising a pest control company. It looks like a refugee from a Disney flick.
