it's a ruger m-4, you can build an essential arms ar-15 for less than 300

Hmm - thinking it will run you a bit more than that. Plus - where do you get the barrel assembly?

i built mine for that, my lower receiver was 75, and the upper reciver and the guts for the lower came from a mail order company my father in law uses, might be S.O.G.

That would be sweet. So I could build an AR-15 for $300? Is there a place to buy a kit or a site that shows everything you need?
