actually, they make these for adults too... i forget the name of the website, but they've got all different types.

 

My nephew is 7 months old and has his own z3. Of course he can't reach the pedals, and I don't think he really knows what a car is, but hey his powerwheels is pretty nice for a first car, a beemer at that!

 

I have a Repsol Mini bike for sale actually.. its like the one above, but "smaller"..much smaller (about 40lbs). It does (guessing) 45mph with me on it (I'm around 200lbs).

It scares the hell outta me actually, there's no way I'd put a kid on it. Its got (I believe) 11hp. Anyway, asking $1000 for it, shipped anywhere in the 48 states.

those pocketbikes are FUN to ride, they're pretty damn quick for the size. i can only imagine having one as a kid!
