An amphibious/land personal aircraft for under $125k and can be stored in my garage then trailered to a lake or airstrip.
Best part, is that they'll offer training to get your certified and it's only 20hrs compared to 40hrs for a full solo license.

wow. I don't much about airplanes but that's a beautiful machine. Neither do I have the money to buy one right now.. or I could be a click away from having one by clicking on the rickysfastcash.com ad.
The Federal Aviation Administration defines a light-sport aircraft as an aircraft with a maximum gross takeoff weight of not more than 1320 pounds (600 kilograms) for aircraft not intended for operation on water; or 1,430 pounds (650 kilograms) for aircraft intended for operation on water; a maximum airspeed in level flight of 120 knots (222 km/h); a maximum stall speed of 45 knots (83 km/h)
That means airplane + people + luggage + fuel = less than or equal to 1430 lbs. That's pretty light.
