That was from MTV Asia's JVC sponsored show where people use their digicams to be Jackasses. I saw the show when I was in the Philippines. Others included a guy doing urban scuba diving, a guy doing hot sauce eye drops, and a girl carrying a squid through a mall and dropping it, with people clamoring to pick it up.
