Default If someone posted a pic of your car...

..and claimed it their's, would you be angry?

Every now and then, I'd get an IM from someone I know, telling me that someone posted pictures of my Prelude and said it was their's. At that time, I was the only one who had custom S2000 projectors with BMW angel eyes on my Prelude, but I don't know about now.

How would you feel if someone posted a picture of your S and claimed it to be their's?

I don't know whether to feel proud of it, or be angry.

what kind of loser needs to pretend that they have something that they don't?

Just laugh about it and feel good about it

Several years ago a dealer in Chicago was selling a red S2000 on Ebay. They linked to a picture of Greg Stevens car who was on this site back then. Greg changed the photo to the picture of the red S2000 he had totaled and the dealer contacted him and demanded that he switch it back or they would bring legal action against him. He told them to go for it since they were ripping off his website anyway. we all got a big laugh out of it. The pictures are still floating around somewhere if you want to search for them.

I'd be pretty upset if someone was using my photos without my permission.

We have all worked long and hard to make our cars OUR CARS. I don't think I would like someone taking credit for my stuff.

Isn't it illegal for a dealership to take someone else's pictures without permission?
