JAGlady watches Oprah and she tells me that Oprah tackled this question recently. Believe it or not, Oprah says that if you can only eat ONE food, dog food is the best selection. It is specially formulated to give balanced nutrition and be easily digested. She didn't address a drink though. If she had, it would probably be wheat grass juice. Obviously she is "taste" challenged.

God, there's no telling WHAT she eats!!

Drink - Vodka Kick multi-flavour pack.
Food - Tuna & pasta bake (its really tasty and reasonably healthy, if its the only thing for the rest of my life)

(If I didn't care then it'd be Ben & Jerry's Fish Food !!)
