Can we add Chinese to the definition of "Gendercide" in our dictionary?

 

Pretty soon they'll probably start thinking importing girls from southeast Asian countries...

 

I swear to God, China is like North Korea Lite.

 

Many of the girls are not "missing", they were abandoned and then put into orphanages. Eventually, many of them end up being adopted by parents from the US. I know many families have adopted babies from China, and more than 90% of the babies were girls.

 

yeah right, I dunno if this still goes on, but when Chinese families would have girls at birth they would be put in the trash or given up to adoption. Well guess what? now the majority of china is almost a 2 to 1 boy ratio. Good Job. Good Job.

 

unfortunately the "one child policy" and the traditional chinese thinking (boys are better) are the major reason....
