So what would you do to someone if someone shot your cat (or dog)?

 

I would have to go to prison for murder.

 

Shoot those fVckin cats! I don't want your freaking cat climbing up on my car and scratching my finish, $hiting in my garden, and harassing my pets. All cats and pets should be in the house, leashed or fenced in.

I would go to jail as well, I my two cats. Animal cruelty has GOT to be one of the worst crimes.

So right Chixrule. I just can't imagine how heartless a person would have to be to be cruel to any animal (and babies and old people- the defenseless).

 

Hunt the down and make him pay dearly, slowly, painfully.
My pets have been indoors, leashed or fenced for 30 years. If one got loose, as one of my cats likes to try to do, we are diligent (for his well being as well as out of consideration for our neighbors) in getting him back in the house ASAP.

There was a case a few years ago where a couple punkass kids shot a guy's dog while he was fishing because he wouldn't be shaken down for money. There's no punishment enough for that kind of miscreant.

 

well, as much I dislike cats crawling on my car, I much more hate bullets flying through my neighborhood. How about we shoot cats, but also get to shoot neighborhood cranks? Maybe suspend murder laws when someone shoots some guy who has no redeeming qualities to enhance their community? Maybe shoot guys who live in rural communities, then bitches and moans about animals on his land? Seems fair to me - if you live in a wooded subdivision, and request the right to shoot any animals that might wander onto your property, the neighbors have the right to shoot you if you wander into town?
