so.... hes already wanted for breaking the law..... open fires and kills 2 cops..... gets killed in the process.... and he should be remembered as a hero??

From my limited knowledge in CQB situations with SWAT, they do have body armor that will handle some small arms fire. It was reported the perp was wielding a AK, which more than likely punch through any body armor they had on in such closed quarters. Not to mention, he knew they were coming and was prepared, knew the layout of the apartment, whereas, SWAT did not.

Either way, glad this guy was taken down.
