Since when did they allow Japanese cars to be imported there? Last time I remember, they were not allowed. Guess times have changed.

 

Maybe there are different laws for North/South Korea.

I think he was just twisting around Korea's nickname...'Land of the morning calm'.

I do have to agree Korea(I'm a Korean myself) does have its share of some horrible drivers. But, visiting some European countries like France and Italy during college made me think twice.
