Default Image Resizing Programs

Any body know of any image resizing programs that can change the size/ resolution of pictures without distorting them? Must be downloadable.

Thanks

1) open a document or click on new document.
2) go to "Image" on menu, click on "Resize...".
3) a Resize box will open and you can make changes based on percentage of original, pixel size, actual pic size, etc.
4) click "Ok" to apply changes.

try Paint Shop Pro for free on download.com

www.atalasoft.com, choose the EyeBatch program. You can resize one photo or 100 at one time!
