I had a friend who got a breast reduction done a few years ago. Before she went in, she was very good looking, but had HUGE chesticles, which were giving her back pains. After she got her reduction done, she ended up still having C or D cup, but her funbags were so perfect and perky, that it looked as though she had just gone for a breast enlargement (with a job well done... ie. classy big). She went from very good looking to Very Hot
Granted, I never got a chance to feel if they were as firm as they looked, but there is a chance that this girl may be telling you the truth. Keep in she is only 20, and girls that age are generally still firm.

I have worked for a plastic surgeon for 9 1/2 years. IMPLANTS!!! They are saline implants. Silicone is soft and unless her doctor pulled something sneaky they are not available anyway. Definitely saline implants.

 

Fake hair color, fake boobs, fake lashes,fake nails, tons of makeup, thick sole shoes to make you appear taller

Sometimes you can go out in public and there will be this group of girls who don't know each other but look exactly the same. All fake! You know the crowd... tight low cut jeans with a tatoo on the small of the back (rose, butterfly, or symbol)... white low cut top to expose the fake boobs and the belly button ring,
blonde hair with black roots, fake nails, fake eye lashes and some a FAKE ID etc.. etc.. I had a friend who was a great guy and good with the ladies. He was nice and has a lot of respect for women. Anyhow... he gets hit on a lot by the above group of girls... so one night... we dubbed this event, "Attack of the Clones"

I am OK with girls who get things "done". I know some girls who did it and they are just the same as they were before. I know some that went crazy after boob jobs and thought that every man on the planet now wanted them.
They got a lot of attention because they start wearing clothes that make thier boobs hang out all the time.... then they start complaining about the quality of guys they meet and that they are trash.
