Here's my prediction, reason and references:
Based on the new moon for October 2000 and our night vision capability and the phase of the moon for the start of Desert Storm and the burning desire for sooner rather then latter. Gives a window of Oct 13 through Oct 20. If not we will wait another month.
To give the stock market a chance to get use to a war it will start on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Friday is the Muslim holy day so to be descent we will avoid Friday. Sunday is not enough time for the stock market plus the moon will start to shine. The American Psyche will be better preparer news on a Saturday as opposed to a stressful Friday. That leaves Saturday.
The time will be determined by a prime time TV audience and the dead of night at the new ground zero. Which I would say is about 2- a.m. local time or about 6 PM EST.
Start of air campaign will be announced by President Bush
October 20 PM EST.

I hope were ready to start soon, because its possible THEY have. I just heard of the first reported case of respitory anthrax in almost 30 years (since 1976) in Lantana Florida tonight. A 63 year old business man is almost certainly going to die from it. It only takes a few days to kill, so if this is a real situation, it will be very obvious soon.

Remember this Antrax is soil bound and can live in dorimant areas for long periods of time. Texas has had a resurgance of anthrax over this past year. It's been in this location for centuries. Many deer are currently infected with it in Southwest Texas. They are currently under a anthrax alert in these areas. Consumption of improperly prepaired wild game is a serious problem. Drought conditions and windy climates move the virus to noninfected areas. It takes certain special conditions to propagate it's development. I seriously doubt that this is any type biological attack against us. This is a very nasty bug and very hard to handle. They don't have the ability to propigate it's growth let alone contain it.
