on a serious note, its hard to tell by that pic.. got bit about 3 years ago on the arm by a spider. got really swollen, warm and itched like crazy. started on the top of my forarm and made it down to my wrist. went to the doc like 2 days later. it was a thurs or friday. he said come back tuesday if it turns black.. it never did. and it went back down after about 5 days. he said it was probably an "aggressive house spider"

you can go to a doc, chances are they will give her an antibiotic or diphenhydramine for the itching.

watchout for black sking (rotting) or a ring around it. definately go seek help if one of those appear.
