Default Insomnia due to sinus headache....

For the last 3 hours I have not been able to fall asleep. I really need the sleep too, since I'm getting up early tomorrow (later) to pack stuff up for when the movers get here. I can't get comfortable!!! I got these rolling chills, so I put some PJ's on, but then I get extremely hot and start burning up. Plus, I've got a crazy sinus headache, and I looked around my medicine cabinet... the only solution I could find was a 3-years-expired bottle of Neosynephrin. Nuh uh, not gonna put that in my nose.

Anyone awake that has any suggestions? I sure hope these movers can handle a postponement 2 hours before they come. I'm not in any shape to do anything.

End rant, I guess.

Steve,

Rinse out the spray bottle and refill it with slightly salted water. A few squirts later and you should feel better (Don't worry. It snot so bad. hehe)

A hot shower helps too.

Hope you make it!

I just moved to a new apartment, so we'll see if it had anything to do with allergies... There is WAYYYYY too much dust where I just moved from. I never used to be allergic to anything too.

man, one day i went to the storage area where people put their junk in and everything and i couldn't believe what a bad day i was having. one word describes it - DUST! my nose caught dust after moving boxes. but it was also something else! This freaking guy who rented some storage space 20 spaces down decided to clean his car windows there with the window washer chemical. The wind was blowing real hard. Then the chemical got caught in the wind then swept over to our storage space. I could feel the chemicals burning in my nose. What a horrible day!
