I never said it was... I said there were reasons why certain cars are worth more than KBB. I used the NSX as an example for one reason, and used an older Insight and Geo Metro as an example for another reason (good gas mileage)

Technically they don't owe the OP's relative anything but cash money. You can put a price on anything... especially a Geo Metro. Legally they're responsible for paying him ACV for the vehicle. It is true, however, that you could make a case for a higher ACV...
