Interesting theory
The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
Contrarily, the French have lots of fat in their diets and also suffer fewer heart attacks than either the British or Americans.
Conclusion:
Eat what ever the heck you want.
It's speaking English that kills you!

Actually, isn't it more related to stress? Europeans get mandatory 2 hour lunch breaks or something like that so they can take the time off to enjoy their lunch with a nice glass of wine and to settle down. Right or am I way off?
