I'm sure the screen is stunning.. probably the best mobile screen in existence. But we've been laughing at Apple display resolution here in Droid land for some time now and I'm sure by years end it will be matched.

I waited until he said no Verizon or even Sprint and then called My Sprint rep and ordered me a Evo and by the time my contract is up then there will be an iphone that is on Verizon

 

So far, yes. No mention of CDMA in this presentation so far, so no VZW yet.

old news apps will be able to utilize 7 background APIs, which cover most of what anyone would want to do in the background (like audio), but not everything. It's a great scheme for saving battery life, but still slightly limited.
