Default Ipod hard drive failing

So i have a 5th gen ipod (30Gig) and the hdd is starting to show signs of failing. I was told by apple that they can replace it at like half cost however, they have no way of getting the music off the ipod back to the computer. Does anyone no of or have a good program that can be used to do this. I have searched google and tryed a few programs with little luck because they are all demo versions or just dont work for some reason or another. I really would like to get this music off the ipod because some of it is the only copy i have. Anyways any feedback or help is appreciated.

I don't know how much music you have to transfer but you could always buy it if it's worth it to you.

Try iDump... It's free, has no adware, spyware, etc... And, did I mention it's free?

1) plug in ipod

2) show hidden files

3) copy mp3s from ipod to hard drive

it isn't that hard....

I can vouch for Sentui, it's a very solid program. I just bought a copy.
