Interesting...I'll take an unlocked Iphone, please. Only problem I have with these non-Blackberry phones is that the data costs go through the roof quickly because of the lack of compression or image reduction or whatever it is that the Blackberry servers are doing.

Yeah, Verizon was passed over because it wanted to control the hardware and teh software on the phone, similar to how it used to limit Bluetooth, for more control over content, and thus, more ability to charge money for services.
