Years ago I designed multiple explosively-formed penetrator (MEFP) warheads, and one of the programs on which I worked was for an anti-helicopter mine.
This thing looks similar to the Russian Kamov Ka-50 - the Hokum - which also had dual, coaxial, contra-rotating rotors; the Hokum was one of our targets.
