Off-topic Talk Where overpaid, underworked S2000 owners waste the worst part of their days before the drive home. This forum is for general chit chat and discussions not covered by the other off-topic forums.

I've been so LIVID all day long.

Seriously... if he would have given a heartfelt apology and offered to pay for the scratch, I'd have said "don't worry about it man, just be careful with those huge doors on that thing!" The car is beat to hell and has no clearcoat and the muffler is falling off. It's not the car that I was concerned with (it's my friend's - he has a 2JZ swapped 240sx and the crx is his beater when something goes wrong with the 240), it was his "bad attitude" that set me off.

And my S being keyed last summer - I stopped into work (the same parking lot) for 10 minutes to pick up some premier movie tickets from a friend who couldn't use them. 10 minutes I went back out and a key mark was found down to the door's metal.

Hmm I have the urge to go check on my car now... I use a big underground parking garage in my apartment building and I had to suck up to the apartment manager to get to pick my own spot next to an unoccupied space. Been here 11 months now and finally the garage is filled up so there's another person beside me Wouldn't be so bad if the damn garage was normal sized -- before I switched spots I was parked next to a Miata and when we were both smack in the middle of our parking spots I could BARELY get in and out of the car without hitting the door on stuff. I can't imagine how bad it would be if I still had my RSX (that thing had longass doors).

Anyways, there's now a Pontiac G6 coupe parked next to me, leaving me barely enough space to get in and out of my car Must be lady-driven judging by the type of various decals and interior crap in the car, so I left a "cute" note in my driver's side window that says "Please be careful not to bump me, I bruise easily " Hopefully they'll be cautious... But I haven't been down to see my car since then the other day.

some douchebag left a huggeee door ding on my family's LX470 earlier last year. Sweet how they just take off.

But honestly, how hard is it to look at the car literally maybe 2 feet next to you, and know not to kick the door open jeez. People these days.

Mostly it's trucks to be honest.

We finally caught her one day in the act. We watched her backing out. She doesn't look at all. She backs up until she feels the bump of the car behind her and then starts to pull forward.
I hope you sued her after that...
