WTF is with this scammer.

Been calling me for months telling me I will be receiving a gas card in the amount of $100.. They tell me my last 4 digits of my credit card then say all i need to do is "verify" my information.

This pisses me off if someone has my information like that. Likely, I cuss the guy out saying to get rid of my information and stop calling. Some guy from India (accent), same guy if that, now calls from 5 fk'n different numbers.
This a-hole decided to call me 7 times today.

Is there a web site or something I can go to to file a complaint. This feels like straight up harassment.

I can only hope I'm not the only person this a-hole calls.

I post the numbers so they can get some attention, I'm sure that I'm not the only one receiving these annoying calls.
I call it harassment as its an on-going problem, and I'm quite late to react on it.
