Great article for a laugh, I feel like jumping off a bridge now.

douchebag, surprised someone didn't yank his ass out and start beating him to death.

I'm surprised murder charges were filled I would have expected vehicular manslaughter, probably will be changed later but the police usually want to hit them with the big charge first. One guy hit a bus stop in baltimore a few years back got a citation for reckless driving after killing a few people he immediatly paid the fine, they couldn't proscute him for manslaughter because of the double jeopordy rule. Got off with a fine.

He was convicted (we actually he signed the guilty box on the ticket and sent in his cash) for the crime of reckless driving for that incident after which you cannot be tried again for the same incident. Oh in MD there's a check box indicating that the driving behaviour caused an accident which ups the points and the fine. That was checked and that was the tie in to the deaths. Now he could've gotten a ticket that had it unchecked and a manslaughter/murder charge but once that box was checked well that was that.

This guy was arrested on the charges of murder but when the D.A. indicts him it will probably be 2 counts of manslaughter, reckless driving, speeding, no seat belt, any drug charges, attempted manslaughter, not obeying traffic signals, tail light out, etc.

They will hit him with everything, but its usually safe to just bring him in on big charges and then lower it.

I'm sure if there were some dads picking up their kids there, the driver would've been dragged from the car and beaten. That guy needs to rot in jail and be raped by Mungo while felating Leroy.
