JDM vs. US Specs
I'm doing a paper for my international business class and I need a little help with something.
Is there a web source where I can find the difference between Japanese specs on cars and the changes that need to be made to export these cars to the US?
Basically, I'm writing about the decision process Japanese car manufacterers go through in deciding whether to export their products to the US.
Topics include:
US car market
trade regulations and agreements between the 2 countries
cost vs. profit for the manufacturers

You might be better off just calling someone at Honda corporate that handle PR. In one of my classes, I had to do a paper on political lobbying. I actually ended up calling the lobbyists in DC that worked for or company. They actualyl loved the fact that I had to write a paper about them and helped me out quite a bit. I'm sure Honda might do the same.
