I have numerous little people friends, they say he's not a little person. It has to do mostly with the head and face.

Looks like a south indian family. It's probably fake, considering most south indians are programmers. It's too unreal, and the video is sketchy.

What are you talking about, fake? As in he's not really dancing? Ok....

If you look on youtube you'll see other clips of the little guy. I'm assuming it's some kind of tv show where ever they're from.
