haha! She was just found guilty on all charges.

If she does go to jail, it'll only be for around a year, she won't go to jail though..

 

I don't know if she can get away with as little as 12 months with the sentencing guidelines. We'll see.....

..i still fail to see the crime she committed.

 

Maybe she can spruce up the Warden's residence while she is there.

 

The crime she committed was that she lied when asked about her actions. lately, people have been quick to just lie about something without taking responsbility for their actions. The fed just wanted to show people that you shouldn't lie.

She also sort of did insider trading. Which is against SEC regulations. She should have known better. The amount she saved on IMCLONE was nothing compared to how much she lost when her stocks took a beating.

I don't think she deserves to Rot in jail, but a week or so would be good for her.
