Just released my recipes website
So I've been working on a recipes website on the side for the past few months, and I believe I finally have it in a state where I'm ready to start telling people about it.
It's basically a recipe site where all the recipes are provided by the users. Here's the issue.. it's brand new, so there are no recipes yet!
I'd greatly appreciate a few of you guys to become my beta testers and add a few recipes, poke around, add comments, add jim-bob's famous bbq chicken recipe, etc.
Thanks for the help!

nice site. and i agree pictures rule!!! images just do so much for a site.
did you build this yourself or did you have someone build the site for you?

I think having a recipe of the week would work well, and I have been debating on the most unobtrusive spot to put ads.
Also, maybe putting an image here and there is a good thing too.. although I don't have a design bone in my body. I actually got that design from Open Source Web Design (http://www.oswd.org/).
Thx again for the suggestions and praise! I'll gladly entertain any and all criticisms/comments/etc.
the picture can go to teh right of the prep time.
advertise the ingredients right next them or just have a links page.
Also if you want me to shut up jsut tell
I'd also make the the catagories to the left pop down menus. That would look cool.

I'll have to actually write down the recipe for my Heart Attack Casserole (bascially, tater tot casserole that takes no prisoners). . . an absolutely tasty, but insanely unhealthy dish I used to concoct in my college days.
