In my 2 weeks of driving (700+ miles), I've had about 20 guys check out my car noticably, and a few yell (positive) comments. 0 for girls though.
The car might turn a head or two, but unless the girl is a gearhead, it won't do you much good unless YOU have the goods.

Women definitely like the car. I have gotten many, many comments from young teenager, mid twenties hotties, older moms, and even an old granny yesterday. The car can definitely help to open the conversation.
It's up to you to close the deal. No amount of cash, clothes, or anything else will get you a long-term relationship with a quality woman if you are a butthole. simple as that.

Just use the car to get the conversation started. The rest is up to you. Women just want to laugh and have fun.
I had a fine lookin woman in a Vette pull up next to me a a light. If I hadn't been married the conversation would have continued, but my wife doesn't like the idea of me sleeping with another woman. Go figure.

99% of the time it dosen't matter how what kind of car it is, be it an S2K or a Ferrari.
Women are looking for Stable men, who can spoil them. When they see a hot car, they're not thinking what a stud, look at his car. They're thinking " Gee, I'd look good in that car, with the diamond earings he bought me, on the way to our 10,000 sqFt house, where I can sit on my ass all day.
I believe however, that the female contingent on this board makes up the other 1%
