Just wondering. Over or under?
Do you put your toilet paper and paper towels on over the roll or under the roll? Drives me nuts when someone changes it after I am the one who takes the time to put it on in the first place. I like it over. All you have to do it roll it down. Make gravity work for me. I say that whoever changes it gets to decide? What do you think?
