MMA isnt a stlye to train... Its a corlaberation (sp) of different stlyes. People just use it for the sake of ease because its a PITA to list every stlye that might be fighting in one event... If you think the lil kid down the street is bad try being in Fayetteville or hell any military town when a main event is on. Suddenly everyone is an all star.
Oh and for the uneducated... GnP or Ground and pound isnt a style or a move its a damn joke lol

kimbo is a joke.
sure he can throw some heavy ass throws, but he cannot stand up to a standard MMA fighter. his exp. with MMA is nothing and all he has got is short time till he runs out of breath or gets put in a ****ing simple basic 101 move from a MMA fighter.
