Article with video: Confrontation between PR guy and reporter gets weirdly physical

Edit: Turns out its Laguna Honda Hospital in San Fran., NOT a rep w/ a Honda dealer. I watched the video before I read the article.

Weird. He probably went to some class or read somewhere that awkwardly patting people would help defuse a hostile situation. He stuck with it long after it was obvious that it was only making the situation worse.
