When is the VTEC terriorty for the engine? I'm assuming since redline is at a blistering 100RPM it should kick in at around 7.5K? I believe that humongous motor is used to grind rice, they attach a rice grinder to the flywheel on that thing and smush tons of rice per day to feed the hungry people of Korea.

Most likely. Probably a very large ore boat or container ship.

It could also be used for de-centralized power generation.
