cosmetically interesting but functionally bad.
1. won't work well with eyeglasses b/c will cause major glares from reflected lights.
2. will still interfere with vision due to bright light next to eye. Could be dangerous when driving, especially at night.
3. can't see food b/c it lights up when you look down at your food.
4. ditto reading.

Those are a training tool. The flashing lights are used to draw men's attention to women's faces and away from cleavage, butts, legs, etc. Guys like flashing LEDs. The lights break their concentration on titties.
