I write with my right, bat, shoot and throw with my left, kick and lead with my right while boxing. All messed up but you never know which one is gonna get ya!

Write right, throw right, catch left or right, bat left or right, hit (volleyball) left or right.

I've read that coin magicians should be able to do all of the "work" equally well with either hand, but I don't see an advantage that justifies all of the added effort. What is interesting is that for some effects my right hand does the complex work and my left the easy work, and for others it's just the reverse. Sometimes I have more difficulty learning the easy moves with my right hand than learning the hard ones. Weird.
