That definitely was something that was unexpected! But I've said before, the way to beat Chuck is with a right overhand/hook. Same way he always loses to Quinton. Chuck has a habit of keeping his left guard down which leaves it open if his opponent knows his target. Evans was doing it in the first round but didn't lunge towards Chuck with it. It probably would've been a double K.O. if Chuck landed that uppercut at the same time.

It's too bad Chuck is done and past his prime. I don't really care for Evans as a fighter and was shocked to see him actually finish this fight.

Will Evans get a title match? I don't think he deserves it yet. There's so many top contenders in 205. We'll have to see what happens although I don't see Forrest holding the belt for long.

Chuck got rocked and he deserved it. He just needs to retire and save face for his name. As far as the 205 class goes Evans will get a chance at a title fight just because he did knock out Liddell although he doesnt deserve it. If anything Franklin deserve's a shot at 205 cause at 185 Silva destroyed him twice.

Chuck is at his best countering, and Evans just played it right and landed a punch. Chuck deserves cudos for taking the fight to Evans and going for the win instead of winning the fight on jabs. Chuck is no longer at the top of his game, but he is still an amazing fighter who always shows up to fight.
Evans keeps beating everyone in front of him, he derserves to fight to Quinton but he might not be ready for it. They will probably line him up with Franklin. Theres probably a re-match somewhere with Quinton and Forrest.
Anyways Franklin should retire. He had a hard time beating a one dimensional fighter, and actually went up a weight class??? Thats a sad situation. What happens when Silva fight at 205 lol. Says a lot about Silva and his domination... forcing a fighter to go up a weight class... ive never seen that before.
