Default Local kid dies in car accident

I dated this girl back in high school, she moved to mo for a bit then came back... There was a cop
driving the car doing +100 and lost it in a stright stretch of highway. I saw the scene of the accident and there are no bumps in the road, nothing that appeared to be a cause of an accident just tire marks cutting at a 45 into a guard rail which would lead me to believe he was drunk. On top of that it's 3 25 year old men with a 19 year old girl. What do you guys think?

I think it sucks, but that's a part of life. Since that police officer also died, there's not much the victims' families can gripe about anymore, UNLESS they can find proofs of negligence, then they can sue.

The officer's insurance company and estate. It is possible to pretty much sue the dead guy.
