Logos on clothes

I'm so glad you made this thread. I was having an argument with a girl the other day over this. This actually doesn't have anything to do with clothes in specific but what bugs the crap out of me are the "repeated letter print" designers like Louis Vuitton, Dooney & Burke, Coach and whatever else there is. They all appear to sell the same thing except for they print their own repeated letters on them instead and sell them for THOUSANDS.
One of these days I'm gonna make a brand that has dick silhouettes repeated all over the product and get rich.

I bet some people would pay hundreds for this Louis Vuitton trash bag

It's not hard to understand how/why fashion is fun for young skinny people. The same can be said for buying a honda instead of a yugo.
Some think of it as a way to get from point a to point b, some think of it as just someway to cover and warm your body.

For girls...especially the hotties I do not mind that they spend hundreds if not thousands on jeans that have huge labels on their butts....it gives me an excuse to stare at them while they strut.

Why do you pay for clothes with the designer's logo plastered all over it? Shouldn't they be paying you to advertise for them instead of you paying premium dollars to walk around showing off their name? If they are a really good designer the cut and fit of the clothes tell us who made it. I don't need a polo pony on a shirt to know if it's a good shirt, or a little alligator, and most certainly don't need the great big label taking up the whole shirt or the ass of my pants.
only exception are 2 of my golf shirts where it's embroidered on and there's no way for me to get around it.
If it's got a logo and I'm wearing it, I best be paid for wearing it.
Same reason why I don't sport any license plate frames.
