One sandwhich, if all other factors are removed (such as increased thyroid function, leptin, and other metabolic pathways), should supply a grown man with enough energy to last 10-12 days!

however, no person would be able to handle that in one sitting, maybe not even a full day, unless starved for a few days with only water at hand

I also would not worry about a heart attack, since cholesterol found in food has nothing to do with the cholesterol associated with heart attacks. I would be worried about diabetes! x2
