I nearly choked when I read this... Best response I've read in a while, I think (comparable to steve c's "Paragraphs are your friend" comment)...

that guy in the pic isn't me. i don't think i'll ever be able to finish two 11x11 cheeseburgers. however, i've received a few dares to finish at least one. should i "dooit"????

things to consider:
1. i can't fit all that in my mouth all at once. patty by patty is the way to go!
2. 11x11 in the bathroom afterwards... LOL
3. oh... 5-6000 calories... at least?!

A couple of weeks ago I was in Cali on vacation. I think I stopped into various IN-N-Out close to 6 times. Same order everytime, 1 Cheeseburge 1 Fry and 1 chocolate milkshake for me; 1 cheese sandwich, 1 Fry, and 1 Strawberry milkshake for the wife.

Thunderchicken,

try Steak and Shakes if you have them out in IN. Those steak burgers are fairly similar to IN-N-Out, I like steak and shake slightly more.

Steak and Shake is expensive and still not the same. I can't believe I have to drive to Nevada for one. I'll still choose White Castle before S&S.....

Since Holman hasn't posted on this thread, I guess he had a heart attack after eating 22 hamburger patties....

I noticed that at In-N-Out, you don't get any special value by ordering a combo. The price of a #2 combo (cheeseburger, drink, fries) is the same as the sum of the prices of these three items individually. $1.70 + $1.10 + $1.05 = $3.85.
