Depending on whether you want to pay closing costs or have us pay them your interest rates for fixed is as low as

5.375% for a 15 year mortgage and
6.00% on a 30 year mortgage.

Brokers usually get better deals than going directly to a bank, so if you are interested shop around then email me.

You can only help out PA folks....no refinance plans for mortgages out of state?

we only have a PA brokers license....otherwise would have to try and co-broke it with an out of state broker and those never seem to go smoothly.
