Jacob did say "Help Me"
Right as Locke was about to walk out of the house, he said it, then Locke stopped and asked Ben when he just said, thinking it was just Ben being crazy again.
And Jacob is visible in the chair. Right after Ben gets thrown against the wall, when the camera pans back to the chair, there's someone in it. Really creepy scene.

OK I still have a lingering question I have not seen explained. In a show from last season ( or earlier) there was a shark swimming around, and it had the numbers on it's side (same numbers from the hatch). What the hell was a shark doing with the numbers on it? Anybody?

He is one of my favorite characters left.
I was disappointed when they killed off Echo, but he asked to be off the show.

It didnt have the numbers on it. But it did have a variation of the Dharma logo. No clue what the hell it means though.
