it is true.
wouldn't it be funny to make something that produced these in a highly directional wave and put it in your car.
someone cuts you off, flips you off, or just in any way pisses you off too much.
flip the switch and emit a quick low frequency pulse which causes them horrible cramps and makes them poo and pee themselves!!

i wonder how much power it would take to run something like this??
systems like this (on a larger scale) have been talked about for uses in crowd control.

There is a pressure point on the back of the leg that when properly struck will cause an instantaneous and involuntary bowel movement. I have seen it done. Dude got kicked. His face changed color.
