My mom's 86 corolla was bought when I was born. She drove me to school 5 days a week and to get groceries. She sold it in 97 for $3k and was her only car in those 11 years. It was sold by the dealer before she even traded it in. It had 36xxx on it. She's Asian if you couldn't imagine, and she's never been on the highway. Hell her '97 Camry didn't get past 45 MPH before I drove it. I think her 97 Camry has 4xxxx on it now, still her only car. She quit driving me to school in 03.
edit: She was a stay at home mom since I was born. And my dad worked in Hong Kong. By the time he came over in 97, he was retired.

My grandma has a 1992 Ford Taurus with around 41,000 miles on it. I want to say she bought it as a program car or something with around 12,000 in late 1992. So we're looking at 30,000 miles in almost 15 years.

 

my moms BF has a 1987 Grand National GNX (well 2), but the one im speaking of, only has 4600 original miles. , the car is gorgeous and in perfect running condition
