He's easily worth 1 mill per episode, since that's what those losers on Friends get. Only if Gandolfini gets what he wants, the other cast members will demand more money as well, and suddenly you have another "Friends" snafu.

My point being Friends generates probably 10 times the revenue that the Sopranos does.

I suppose HBO can afford it as well, my first 3 seasons on DVD weren't cheap.

Not trying to argue with you, Friends of course is on NBC which anyone can get, I still don't have HBO however and have to rely on my sister to tape the episodes for me. However I also read today that HBO stands to lose 100 million in revenue if they can't reach an agreement with Gandolfini, so if that's true, it's in HBO's best interests to make a deal.
