Anybody here play? I suck at it.

 

How funny you should ask that question.
We were playing for almost 24 hours straight over the weekend.
That's the first time I played since some guy taught me in college.....12 years ago.
I got sucked into it because my wife wanted to play.
I'm still recovering from it.
I'm too old for this shit...I mean all nighters........
Oh I forogt, we can say shit now!

 

I remember my roomates in college used to do that too. I would come back from studying at night like around 10pm and they would be playing. I wake up for class the next morning, they're still playing. You look at our message board and there's a running total of winnings and losses.

 

I play, I'm not that great though.

 

i play it too, but same, not very good. However couple years ago when I was still in highschol, i brought a set of MJ n table to school n taught the classmates n teacher of my German class (30 students from 18 different countries as i remember), that was really funny

 

Well.... MJ.... I used to play at least once a week...!!
I started play it since 7 years ago...
it is fun!! But I only play 50cents/25cents...
well!! but I still could loss 10 bucks in a night...

 

I'm an MJ orphan. My parents used to play all evening and all nite at a cousins place. I was left to my own devices. I felt abandoned and alone. I dispise the game. Yeah, I know, I've got issues.

 

Yeah, I used to play with my ex and her friends. They usually got mad because I take too long and cheap wins.

 

Do you guys play with 16 tiles or 12 tiles in hand? They're very different styles.

 

I thought there are only 16 and 13.... Never heard of 12...
But, I think 16 is more fun!!
