how about a forum lottery like once a week, the winner gets a dollar from everyone. thats just one dollar a week, and say 10,000 people out of the whole forums does it...doesnt sound too bad?? lol

Alright, let's say you've got 11 people in a room, including yourself (that's you plus 10).
You give everyone a dollar, and you're out 10 dollars.

what you are referring to is called a "susu"
It's actually not that dumb and many people do it.
