Man buys car
I'm not a lawyer, but I see a potential slander, libel, defamation of character, harassment, maybe some wire fraud (if anyone impersonated a 3rd party while getting the blue car back). . . and last, but certainly not least, if you actually get arrested, it takes hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars to get every document cleared along with your actual record. In light of that latter fact, $2.2M might not be enough.

Screw the dealer. What morons. They screwed up and should have to eat it. There has been times when I have bought things due to a incorrect price and did say anything. No way I was going back to the store if they called me to pay the difference either. Cost of doing business. Manager should have been paying attention and he clearly wasn't. He should be fired and the dealer should have just eaten the cost.

and whatever he manages gets out of it will go to his lawyer.
