Girls mature faster than their same age cohorts, but when I was 25 I dated a 19 year old. Damn that chick was immature, but damn she was hot!

This may be true, but I think most (not ALL) women stop maturing at 17. Some just become better at seeming sane and stable. They will stab their girlfriends in the back in 5 seconds if there is a guy involved, just like it was in high school.

My girlfriend just turned 18 and she acts mature in a funny way and mellow. I guess it really depends on how the girl was raised and the friends the girl hangs out with and their generation.
